  6.   The disk is placed into the public domain for distribution.  Restrictions
  7.   on copying are outlined below.

  9.   Individuals may freely copy the TUTOR.COM disk for their own use and for
  10.   others to use so long as no fee or other consideration is charged. In no
  11.   case may printed materials relating to the program be copied without written
